Terms of Service
1. Service Description
KOLOVITE AI provides an AI customer support platform for knowledge base management, support automation, ticket triage, and AI-assisted reply suggestions. The service is intended to support customer communication workflows and does not replace professional judgment for critical decisions.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in monthly or annual cycles as shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period. You can cancel through your account billing settings or by contacting support. Credit packs are billed as one-time purchases. Taxes and payment processor requirements may apply. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to make decisions prohibited by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. KOLOVITE AI and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, and related intellectual property. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for your account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use in customer communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOLOVITE AI LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the relevant period.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
