Refund Policy
This policy explains when KOLOVITE AI subscriptions and credit packs may be eligible for a refund.
1. Subscription Refunds
First-time monthly and annual subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back refund from the original subscription purchase date. This first-time subscriber refund applies once per customer account and may require us to verify account ownership, purchase records, and usage history.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
Unused credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed, transferred, granted as a promotion, or included with a subscription plan are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
3. Free Plan
The Free Plan has no paid fees, so no refunds apply. If you later purchase a subscription or credit pack, refund eligibility will be assessed under the applicable section of this policy.
4. Pro-rated Refunds for Annual Plans
Annual plan customers who cancel within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the annual term. Any refund may account for discounts, taxes, payment processor charges, and usage already consumed.
5. How to Request
To request a refund, email support@koloviteai.com with your order ID, account email address, purchase date, and a short explanation of the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and prevent fraud.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Exceptions
Fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy circumvention, or violation of our Terms of Service voids refund eligibility. We may deny refund requests where required information is missing or where usage indicates the purchase has been materially consumed.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Refund Policy, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email, in-app notification, or both. Continued use of KOLOVITE AI after the effective date means the updated policy applies to future purchases.
